About Resistance Welding Control System Introduction

Resistance Welding Control System Features
- Compensation Mode - When the current displayed by the controller differs from the original setup welding condition actually measured, this control system will compensation to make adjustment at moment.
- Current Monitoring - After welding is performed, the welding current and time will be displayed. Press the screen selection key, it will in-turn display the currents of W1, W2 & W3, and the phase angles of W1, W2 & W3.
- Product pots-punch amount - The counter is counting up the product pots-punch amount after each welding process is made. After the setting point is reached, it means a work piece is completed; the counter is reset back to zero automatically. Now the buzzer alarms up and the products counter counts up for +1 (while welding). If welding is made without pot-punch counting, press the one-time-stop, the present welding thus won’t be counted (while welding).

How To Operate The Resistance Welding Control System
After the condition is set, push down the operation mode. System enters the weld-operating mode after the "weld" indicator is lit on. At this status, welding thus can be carried.
After setup welding parameter performed, the welding current and time will be displayed. Press the screen selection key, it will in-turn display the currents of W1, W2 & W3, and the phase angles of W1, W2 & W3.
While counter is ON, push this key to stop the next counting, and auto erased after welding process is completed.
